@KingLeno I used to live on Route 66 in Oklahoma 40-50 years ago before I went off to college and never looked back... this asset is PERFECT. You'd see places like this all along the Mother Road. It's like a childhood memory. Berrysville still needs a proper art deco diner - I nominate the former Metro Diner in Tulsa Oklahoma: http://www.blog.thelope.com/2006/08/twilight-of-metro-diner.html
