@pgames-food Any resource added by the mod (up to this moment, dont quote me on this when the upcoming update arrives ) is and will most probably remain obtainable throught mining and crafting. Tho, crafting things like mechanites can be quite time consuming (unless using Project Rimfactory :3c), then... Yes, you should absolutelly get as much xen, mechanites and Titanite as you can :summer2019boost:

hi xeros, can i check when you say this:

"You can build a long-range mineral scanner to find xen rock."
" You can get advanced and rare materials thought orbital trading."

does this mean that if a trader has items for this mod, i should buy as much as i can, because advanced and rare are only from the trader?

i had a trader visit, and wasnt sure if what they have can also be found in event maps too

@megabot mechanites are a bit cheaper over all. :steamhappy:
About the mod's "core", I changed some recipes and completely removed charcoal and gunpowder, as they were pointless. ZipGun is a single step craft. Also changed the "titanium" resource's name to titanite.

Mod Update v1.0.3:
- Minor recipe balance changes.
- Needed update (cause of "core" mod update).

Hopefully next update will bring Combat Extended compatibility.

the whole mod name is Combat Extended,which basicaly overhauls the combat system for weapons,armor,and damage,plus bleeding.

@megabot could you write the whole mod name?
It should be compatible as defnames are unique in my mods, and ill be making some compatibility patches (allowing my recipes to be made in other mods workbenches and Ill try to make materias comparible {Example, instead of having 2 types of mechanites you have the same one used for both mods)

Added the ability to orbitally trade the mod's materials, and to find xen rock thought long-range ore scanning.

I must've had dozens of bulk good traders fly by at this point and I still haven't seen a single xen rock. Would the change require starting over? Or, hell, I've never used the long-range scanner until just now, but could xen rock be added to it somehow, to get it that way?

Little update, now xen rock is as rare as uranium :steamhappy:. Still better than before :steammocking:

I might lower its comonality then. Personally, i got some in the terrain i choose to land. I may give it a comonality closer to the uranium's one, as i just divided it by 10.:steamfacepalm:

Huh. Must be excessively rare. I've had dozens of bulk goods traders and I haven't seen a single xen rock in any of them, let alone xenine.

1st: Yes I am currently playing my own mods alone whith some other QOL mods.
2nd: I dindt want to make the quarry able to mine it, cause it goes against my intentios of getting people off their territory. Lore whise, its supposed to be a mineral provenient from space, so it shouldnt be at the undergrounds of a planet.:steammocking: I know its a rare mineral, just explore some tiles and youll get some. In a near futune i will add the posibility to scan for the mineral with a "Long-range mineral scanner" :steamhappy:

@Xersos, do you have played your mod as well?because there is none of this ore in the quarry from a mod which letts me mine ALL resources,those from mods as well,but this one's ore is not in it,which...is a bit of a problem(as for cheating,there is god mode,and it is possible to adjust the amount of it you get,while normaly it did that on it's own)

@megaboto its worth it, its an almost one shot kill gun, (except for mechanoids, but you have turrets for that)

And on the subject of cost, any way of including xen rock or xenine into some merchants? It's kind of rough finding 40 on a new map and then never getting more ever again. I'm not saying I'm saving up my creativity inspirations to get a full arsenal of legendary charged railguns or anything, but...

No worries. I decided to remove a mod I wasn't using since this happened, and it completely broke my ability to load those games. No error messages, just... clicking Load did nothing. So I started over. Shame, too; had full research.

@Edward Howton im sorry, it was a bug from updating from B19, to 1.0 that i didnt notice, and i had to fix. :steamfacepalm:

@Edward Howton yes, i had to change some issues whith guns, and bills. The guns are gone, you cant do anythink about it, but hou can deconstruct and rebuild the asemembler. Then you should be able to add the bills again. I had to change some names.

Without changing my modlist from the last couple saves, railguns have completely disappeared from my saves. Held weapons are gone and the build orders too, including one that's just greyed out and can't be deleted. Did something get changed in the past 24 hours?
