@Azagroth - Yes, the official server is multiplayer only. You can, however, run your own private server and put a password on it. Please join the Discord if you need assistance on doing this.

i havnt played this but , AS im a fan of the knights of the old republic came series, andd this game, the thought of this is Amazing , and has me excited to try it out in the future ^_^ Keep up the good work my man ! look forward to seeing this one day !

Hi all! We have decided to use the new NWSync feature which is coming to NWN. This means you'll be able to simply click the server in the list and download the files. Unfortunately, this also means your subscription to these files are no longer useful as there's no communication between haks and NWSync. In other words, you'll need to download the files again.

To aid with this we have launched a preload server which will let you download the files and be ready for launch day. Learn more about this process here: https://forums.starwarsnwn.com/t/switching-to-the-nwn-beta-build-and-using-nwsync/89

We'll keep these files here for the time being (still using them in beta) but they'll be removed shortly after we launch to avoid confusion. Thanks for your patience and see you on launch day on November 23rd!

@jr72759: No, the GUI override is optional. We highly recommend it, but it WILL affect all other servers while active. We don't recommend installing two separate GUI overrides. If you want to switch, unsubscribe from one first and then enable the other. If you have any problems please contact us in Discord!

Thanks to all of you who came by and helped us test! We received a lot of really great feedback. We're going to work hard on implementing these changes so that our official launch will be more complete.

We will be hosting our first stress test of the server this weekend, Friday 26th to Monday 29th.

The goals of this beta test are as follows:

1.) Gauge how the server runs under heavy load.
2.) Identify any major gameplay issues.
3.) Get feedback on what you like/don't like and adjust them appropriately.

There are some things to keep in mind:

1.) Characters will be wiped after this test.
2.) Not all of the content is complete. We will work on these prior to our full release.
3.) There may be lag or other issues.
4.) Please, please PLEASE report ALL bugs either on GitHub or with the /bug chat command in-game. The more detail you can provide the better (what skills, what perks, your stats, where you were, etc.) More detail is better than less.
