This Mod is fire!

could you add colored flames by chance?
I really would like flamethrowers that are green or blue flames. Elemental damages like radioactive, poison, frost or electricity would be bombin' too.

added a link in the description to some fixes someone made for the mod, I have no idea how much of this mod still functions nowadays but I recommend you install that mod along with this

i made these a long time ago so i dont really remember, but i would recommend going to the chucklefish community forums and seeing what you can find there. i also remember needing some sort of file unpacker, and i think you can download it off of the forums i mentioned. good luck!

i'd kept this mod and my other mod private due to the controversy with the game relating to unpaid work on starbound yada yada, (the CEO of chucklefish sounds like a jerk) but on second thought nothing much i can do by keeping this mod down so i guess i'll throw em back online

Just because there are a lot of materials doesn't mean they'll always work for what a modder wants to accomplish. For my mod to make sense i felt like i needed to add some materials, which i did, and looking back on it there was one or two that weren't totally needed but its not like they're hard to make or anything.

Ok, one thing that bugs the shit out of me is that there are sooo many materials to build with but yet people always insist on making more materials to build with. Use the materials you already have. Don't create more.

Sorry for such a long break, but I've finally updated this again. All the furniture (except the flamethrower locker) glow orange, and i've added 9 pieces of furniture. Also, the fiery bar has a much better & smaller sprite.

I added it as a craftable 2 or 3 updates ago, you asked for it so i didnt see a reason not to add it. And the elemental fume thrower looks pretty cool and i'll eventaully get around to doing something like that, but as of now I havent been able to solve a problem with getting the elemental stuff to work. Eventually I'll figure it out.

Also, can the basic flame thower be made craftable (or a quest reward item)
if it is made craftable then maybe it could be ridiculously expensive (to entice getting it by simply findung it.)

Alright, I could use some suggestions. I'm currently working on adding more furniture and elemental throwers (like a flamethrower but with lightning bolts instead of fire), any ideas for something else i could add that you'd all like to see?

Sorry for no big updates recently, still working on some big additions. For now I've been enhancing the mod, as now both the Fiery Bar and the FCS have updated sprites (The FCS sprite is animated now) and some items have changed rarities.

Alright, they should be fixed now. Let me know if there are any other items that have that issue.

I'll fix that ASAP, hadn't tried out the drinks now that i think of it. Those were set to NOT rot but i guess i made them rot too quickly.

I found an issue where the flaming flatliner and lava drink (or fiery drink, I forget) would instantly rot upon crafting. Can you fix this, please and thanks?

Alright update has been put out, was expecting to add a lot more but issues that i havent been able to solve as of yet prevent it

Sorry for not having an update today, working on a decently large update that should hopefully be out tomorrow! That being said, if i do finish it today i will release it and give this steam page a new look (better preview images, more formatted font, etc). After that i plan on updating this mod about every other day, and if you leave a suggestion below there's a good chance i'll be able to add it!

That's a really good idea. Also I have thought of adding a recipe for the flamethrower but just haven't gotten around to it but it would make sense to add it so I'll make sure thats in the next update

May I suggest a recipe for crafting the normal flame thrower?
And maybe even elemental versions?
