Thanks for the update and the mod! No matter what conversion mod I play with, this one here is always enabled. Really helps some smaller nations to get some more power.

The Mod is updated. Sorry for the long wait. The main reason was laziness but there were some PC-Problems and work thrown into the mix.
I try to do better next time since it is not that big of a hassle. Thanks for your patience.

I just tried it with Old World Blues and it seemed to work. I have not tested it extensively. But the mod is quite simple so I don't see a way how it could mess up a lot.

It should not need a new game. Usually when there is no decision for coring there is nothing to core. Note that you can only core states that you own (not occupy). That means you either got them in a peace conference or trough diplomatic annexation.
If that does not help I will need some more info. (What country are you playing, which mods are you running, how late in the game is it, roughly what happened)
