It just changes the chucklefish logo animation and the chucklefish laugh audio file, from what I can remember.

for me it makes a fart noise and it just chuckles like normal. the visual effect is still there though

I can not upload to steam right now (because I am not on windows), but I uploaded an unfinished version for the non steam download ( https://community.playstarbound.com/resources/corrupted-chucklefish.5571/ ).

I am not happy with it right now and will be working on it more

As amazing as that sounds, The animation used for the intro is only a certain size. A script would need to be changed in order to change the size.

This is just me but maybe it could be that the name card is mostly normal but the "ish" at the end repeats untill it goes off screen, like
Chuckle fishishishishishishishishish
But it just keeps going.
