keeps crashing at 15% any fixes?

So I went to the game log as per the error popup and it says as follows:
"failed to load C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\1532167917/media/packages/cortexassault/weapons/flamer.weapon"

It's in the files, I just don't know why Its not 'loading'?

i went into a quick match on a 3 faction king of the hill with daeksteel united tech and unitech and game started loading and at 15% done it put out a error showing that

No, but you can host one yourself, steam gives you free servers for friend invite last I checked.

At this point I do not think development will be continuing any time soon.
I do not know where I left my copy of the source code and on top of that I have a day job that takes away most of my time.

Although, there is one mod that I am working on, Shokuho for bannerlord.
