My man, I NEED the James Bond blood effect as a death screen. It's surprisingly nowhere to be found in the workshop. The MUSIC for it is there, but not the blood effect

That will have nothing to do with this addon id, this does not use any images, only derma text. If it renders strangely to you, its your PC rendering text incorrectly for whatever reason.

is it supposed to look so compressed? im playing in 1600 x 900 and the death screen looks so compressed like 2004 camcorder

Uninstall whatever other addon that is causing the actual problem you are seeing. This addon uses no images and cannot cause that problem.
