@ shadowninja - go to your files - C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2 - and delete scripts file - its an update issue had the same problem

Can anyone seem to get this mod, or any other mod working anymore. I can launch the game and it says "modded" but its just vanilla

Great looking maps, however the gameplay is broken. The AI shuts-down and doesn't know what to do.

makes most sieges weird or even horrible to defend because random huge houses are placed so units cant do shit.

What a careless and shameful Modder. This mod has been around forever, and people have been complaining about units appearing under the map because of new maps created by the modder. It's completely ridiculous that this hasn't been resolved yet.

The unit spawning under the map for the defending side affects the AI too. As a besieger, I had to withdraw after killing all the AI's unit except the one stuck under the map which made victory impossible.

great looking mod but performance wise its horrible, the maps are unstable af and the pathfinding on most of them are broken that it kinda destroys the point of the siege maps use at your own risk lool

Yes you need all mod parts. Steam workshop has a limit on max file size so modders split into different parts.

For COOP see the Google drive link in description, you'll need to manually install, use readme file

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Sieges will become stagnant and AI will sit outside every castle they assault plus path finding is atrocious. Great idea in hindsight though.

The AI commander unit of the defender is stuck seemingly below ground unable to act. And this is happening to the defending AI troops as well.. This bug occurs on multiple castle maps.

I do like a realistic Kyoto more than a glorified castle. I don't mind units getting stuck a bit more, it probably goes both ways with the AI. But can people confirm the WHOLE set is stable, and removing it is simple too if needed (using the "If you can't disable this mod by unsubscribing, go into your files and go to C:/Users/(your name)/AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Shogun2/scripts and open user.script.txt and completely delete the lines with this mod. This mod makes playing as the Ottomo extremely hardcore, since a common ottomo strategy is to deploy your melee units outside the walls in order to let your matchlocks do the heavy lifting, but this mod has very small deployement zones as the defender that don't allow for this, since the attacker reaches the walls before the defender can sally out...

If you can't disable this mod by unsubscribing, go into your files and go to C:/Users/(your name)/AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Shogun2/scripts and open user.script.txt and completely delete the lines with this mod. Hope this helps

Units get stuck way to easily on these maps...really sucks having to spend so much time microing troops from being stuck rather than focusing on strategic positioning

Playing Morning Sun version 1 (Built off Expanded Japan mod). Continual crashing on defensive siege of Kawanakajima level 3(?) Fortress. Disabled SOTS and was able to fight battle. Tried to take a look into the files to see which map Kawanakajima is assigned in morning sun, uncertain what the info means

Honestly this series is one of the most important things on my list of mod subscriptions. Would be cool if there was an accurate locations mod for every TW game.

Can't launch the game with these mods enabled - did a bit of testing and it's specifically the strongholds mods that instantly cause the game to crash shortly after startup, which is a big shame since I adore a lot of these maps!
I know it's a long shot given how old the game is now, but please update the mods!
