the tech doesnt seems to have an icon/ you cant "see" it at the end but if you hover your mouse over the spot after social tech 20 you can see the highlight and can select it
so yeah i knew i forgot something lol
i dont remember the starting cost but it increases by 3000 rp more afterwards
considering the description says 10% increase i guess it was 30000 base
