Now that they've nerfed pre-FTL interference and made the "missing scientist becomes Space Jesus" event annoyingly common (to the point that it defeats the whole purpose of the new "indoctrinate society" operation since like 60% of them will now just end up fanatic spiritualists and you'll have wasted an envoy to achieve nothing) and unbalanced (the affected civilization's development snowballs out of control faster than you can fine-tine their governing ethics so they easily become your ally), does anyone know of any mod that prevents this event chain? Thanks.

Haven't checked if it's compatible with 2.3.*, but I assume it is.
Btw it is compatible with Gods and Guardians; they don't edit the same file. Don't know about Primitive Worlds mod tho

Would it be possible to create a sub-mod for this and Rogue Colonies where while uplifting a primitive species they decide against joining you and instead become a rogue colony (depending on their ethics vs. yours)?

@lenzo I've got "alien musician" event few times, but i also have More Events Mod so if not in the base game then it's included in MEM

Which events are you thinking of specifically though? I'll see what I can do, but I'd need to know where to start.

Not to seem overbearing but could you also do this for other events? like the alien pop singer events and the like. I have been playing empires for 500 years and it is kind of disgusting how many events there are that you never get to see.

I really just extract the scientist with an army then i return to purge whole species and hope my now jailed Scientist watches what his actions have done.

@Draco Lander, yeah should be save-game compatible, Though if you had the rare event fire already, it really won't fire again.

@turtleshroom, yes that event is modified too. It's under "shuttle intercepted"
@peter34, no this is for singleplayer use. In MP, your chief concern is other players, not primitives. I don't really see this as adding value in MP games, and your concern about disruptiveness is valid.

What about the Event where you accidently crash a ship and have a chance of them finding it? Does this apply to Events where you actively observe, too, like the one that spawns the pyramid?

Sounds like an interesting mod, but are you sure those MTTH Events won’t be disruptive in MP Games, when they occur with almost 10 times higher frequency?
