This is a great asset. It covers up the disgusting ruined edges I created by building walkways through the complex.
As for the traffic noise caused by asset attributes, my solution is: use rico mod to set the local rico settings for these 8 assets in the game, and change the building type to "Building with no actual function", and leave the others as default. Re-enter the game and they will become parks and this park will not bring seagulls.

superb asset, can also be laid under some buildings like sports fields to get rid of the vanilla grass. It creates a layer between the building asset and the vanilla grass so only the asset grass shows through.

I love how the creator makes a point of "NO SEAGULLS", yet these will drive you insane from all the super loud noise they generate. Especially when you start plopping these around to make stuff look nice. Why do slabs of pavement generate... noise?

this is better than surface painter because this actually does touch the other concrete instead of making a small line of grass between the two textures

Thanks for the bigger surface brushes dude! Now I have to use fewer buildings to get fine edges on the airport im starting in my town.

Surface painter has a lot of limitations man, including not being able to do fine edges off the global coordinate access of the map. These don't have that limitation if they're anything like the old texture brushes. These are way larger than those, though.
