@Jacobheder most of the new governments have 2 party systems (just like the Federal/Republics), except Oligarchy have all 3 parties. I still can't get the election actions to appear on the Government Selection screen, but they work in the elections.

@Embuscade not sure how I would make a Cacocracy, maybe good with money but poor in diplomacy. I'm open to suggestions.

@Boomer So far I don't see any compatibility issues with the mod and DLC.
@Ender I am looking at reducing the influence of specific parties with laws or election actions.
