If you are spawning the plane with the pollock pasted inside it it will disappear as it is the same vehicle essentially. If you spawn it separately using a mission you should have no problems.

i know, but im dropping with the boat, not just the boat and staying in the hussar. Do i need to bring the boat insido of bay by spawning separately?

This is not a problem with the creation. You are moving out of the render zone and the pollock disappears from your view.
