I suggested a local route to the same developer, and that route has one of those railroading firsts on it (a Canadian area, too!), and there is a very large yard nearby, so hopefully THAT one eventually joins in the Canadian activities. If that route extends an hour's drive away by car, to another major city, it would lead to a very famous old plant that no longer operates, and would be another great shunting spot. So I hope that one gets made for your use, as well!
Buying tip: Morristown gets you the original North Jersey Coast Line route and you do not have to buy it separately. The ALP-46 (at this writing unused in this collection) also comes with it, so don't buy it separately despite it being 90% off as you'll get screwed over in the future if you later buy the route. This is verified by SteamDB; see https://steamdb.info/sub/114651/apps/ (I got the original North Jersey Coast Line route in a bundle, so I had no choice but to get it separately.)
