I can confirm what Linzombie666 said below. Those bullet holes can't be welded because they are like stains, which means that they have to be mopped. Idk if this is really a bug or something weird with the properties of those holes in the editor.

We didnt have a problem with the bulletholes....in our game he kept saying that there was something on green on vending machine. According to us, was responding to it. We couldnt see anything else. I did broke a bottleon top for the graffiti,maybe it was that? but we did clean immediately after that. But that was the only thing we encountered!

BTW, there's one strange bug: It seems that the bullet holes you put in aren't actual bullet holes. They cannot be wielded, but can be mopped. (It leaves blue blood trail.)
