Honestly, this isn't a bad mod tbh. If you can actually pick up other people's clothing, it's actually nice. I hope it works with other special clothing tho like the birds from temples or something

Actually, it somehow fixed itself (i removed a few mods) and now it works for any npc except the outpost and space station ones. I think there is some sort of "safezone" at those locations since you can't even break blocks there

i dont think it works on outpost npcs ive done similar things and it usually just kills the npc when used or does nothing

i *think* you can use it on outpost npc's? if the mod doesn't work for you im guessing it's due to another mod you have installed.
