It's not a video, it's a poster

Export the video frame by frame for 1 second, and choose any of the 24 frames it exports. Otherwise I couldn't tell you. It's been years since I've been on SFM.

I'm trying to use this filter in a poster but every time i export it goes away. What do i do?

Answer to your problem is in Step 7.

It completetly overlays the screen and can't see through it

This is neat, but repeating steps 4 to 8 for every single frame might be too much.

Instead of creating a new overlay clip for every single frame you can create a single vtf and by importing all the images as a TARGA sequence that way it can function like a "gif"
