alanhcortes3, the 567 isn't tied to any version, it is ready for 1.57 and 158 and beyond. But, you will want to install GTM Fixes to fix a number of issues on it. Look above in the discussion section and read the message "Fix for all 3 GTM trucks". It will provide a link to GTM Fixes here on Steam.

i cannot select any engines, frames or transmissions, other than that its a great mod, thanks for fixing lighting issues.

Another idea is maybe you are low on memory. Is that possible? How much free memory does your computer have before starting the game?

Having only "crash" as a clue doesn't help anything. Look in the game log for any error messages related to the 567. The game log file gets recreated after each play. So, if you restart the game, it will create a new game log. Right after the crash, study the game log file. Usually the cause of the crash will show a clue near the end of the file. Not always, though.

Did you make any changes to the 567 mod? If so, unsubscribe from it and then subscribe again.

And is your system updated to V1.57?

yeah im not sure whats going on. I tried using the 567 as my only mod and it still crashed.

ajhalfmann2, is it possible you have another mod that is causing a conflict with this truck? The 567 works nicely for me as well as for many others. I just released my new GTM Fixes mod here on Steam a few minutes ago. Once Steam makes it available, install it and position above the 567 mod. See if that fixes your problem.

i went to my garage manager and selected the truck and the game immediately crashed if that helps

If you know how to find the game.log.txt file, look at the last few lines for an error message. It might be a clue as to why it crashed.

My Truck Fixes mod has a new update today. This fixes the GPS screen so that you can read the speed limit at night. I also adjusted the lighting on the info center for better clarity. 86_5.0, I'm not the author of the truck, so I can't do any direct updates to the truck itself. I created a mod which fixes 5 issues on the truck, though. As for it needing an update for 1.55, it doesn't. This truck does not have a specific game version that it is coded for, it just keeps on working with each update. Now, it seems as though I heard somewhere that one of the chassis' will cause a crash. In my case, I only use the 6x4 chassis and it works very well with 1.55. In fact, it is also working with the 1.56 Open Beta that I am using now. Try the 6x4 chassis and see if it works for you.

YourAverageAlabamian11, neither do the headlights. But, all you have to do is read several messages posted here in the past couple of months and you will find an easy fix for 5 major issues on the GTM trucks.

The mirrors dont work for crap at night.

They don't need to update it, it works with 1.55 just as it is. But, you have to apply the "Truck Fixes" mod to fix the issues the truck has had for a few years. Read the messages below to find more info.

jfn12, you still have a mod folder locally on your PC that you can copy downloaded mods to. Download the truckfixes.scs file to your mod folder. Steam will copy it to the steam cloud storage for you. Try it and see if it works for you.

jfn12, the fix is on my own website. Search for "Real Good Headlights for Modded Trucks" here on Steam. Then look in the discussion section and you will find the direct link for the "Truck Fixes" file. I tried to upload it to Steam, but the workshop uploader failed since the file has some modified automat files. This is what provides the fix. The uploader has a bug in it. The game accepts the mod, but the uploader doesn't.

when i'm using this truck at night the headlights are blindingly bright, like when you use a very old outdated truck on newer versions. i don't know why this is occurring now, i don't believe this has happened with this truck before. I am still using 1.49 so I assume you changed something and it broke for that version. and before someone tells me, no, i am not going to bother updating

Hi there, i've added some of your trucks to my game. The Kenworth W900B, Kenworth T800 and the Peterbilt 567. I like the look of them, especially the paint jobs. But the problem i have with them are the headlights are too bright for my liking, much too bright than the normal headlights in the game. You can't even see the lines on either sides of the road with your mirrors, let alone what's behind you.
