Cool building but recently this has caused my other buildings to glitch and flicker. Just fyi in case anyone suffers from the same problem. Removing it solves the bug.

So it turns out I was just being dumb. I originally plopped it in a new development that hadn't been hooked up to my power grid yet. It works perfectly once its power needs are met. Thanks for an amazing asset!

I'll investigate a bit. The only mods that might affect it (that I can think of) are Ronyx's parameter mods and BloodyPenguin's mod for improving view distance of props.

I just tried it and it's working fine for me on the last version of the game. Once plopped, it usually takes about a second on my computer for the animation to start. Also keep in mind that the LOD is not animated, since the LOD shader doesn't support this feature; but it should work fine if the camera is within a reasonable distance of the building. Other than that, the asset uses a specific shader for the main building in order to animate it, could it be that one of the mods that you are using is somehow changing the shader that ploppables use?

It doesn't animate for me after I plop it. It animates while selected before plopping, but once plopped, it resets to an unanimated state.

HatsuneKid: I took your suggestion into account, the building now has a glass entrance.
ScientistsMonkey: I think you're right, so I made the building 12.5% taller. It's now about as tall as the tallest built-in unique buildings in the game.
