I tried to stay reasonably faithful to the real building while also considering performance. The LED screen is animated and resembles what the real one does to the extent that it was viable; the LOD version of the building does not include this because of technical limitations. I took artistic liberty with the top of the building and based it off of the concept renders of the building and not the real thing: this model is all glass at the top, whereas the real building has a beam were both sides join, which also supports small cranes.

Update: I made a couple changes according to the feedback received: The building now has a glass entrance, and it is slightly taller (while staying within the same grid size and also respecting building proportions). I also replaced the fountain with one that more closely resembles the one that's actually in front of the building.
