With debugtools enabled, open the lua console and run the following line of code:
obligationtracker.obligation_tracker:save_settings('player_1', {window_location = 'top: 0px; left: 500px;'})
Then press F5 to reload the ui.

Hello, the State presenting an error in which the table to activate the consumables appears behind the clock, it does not allow me to move or do anything, despite having the potions and market tables, at the beginning of the game I moved the table the table Because I thought it was going to expand, but in the end this happened, is there any way to fix it?

ok thanks, I haven't looked in the ACE discord for quite some time as I was away from the game for like a year.

Yes, there's a disclaimer on its listing in the ACE Discord that that feature no longer works with the ACE tonic changes from some months ago. Everything else about the mod still works fine, so I haven't explicitly marked it as incompatible with ACE yet, but eventually all of its functionality will either be absorbed into ACE or made incompatible/irrelevant by ACE changes.

Um, so when I make Energy Tonics and set to "Auto Use On Cooldown" it will simply just consume ALL of them at once. I have to manually click to use them from up top otherwise they just get used once in storage.

funny that worked, but not when they moved it. immediately after the order to move it, they didn't have to touch it I cancelled the task before hand. it shows now at least.

@Banto you mean like actually "move" the item onto the ground? it's on the floor now in a stockpile. I'll try

I actually had to place one of them on the ground one time before i was able to use them with the new mod update.

well I have energy tonics now and had to manually use them since it still doesn't pop up? idk

"Consumables of different types will only show up once the player has acquired one of them, and can be hidden by shift+right-clicking them." Do you have any consumables or trading stalls in your town? In a new game you wouldn't have any unless you brought them through with a reembark (or some custom starting items).

there is just a gray dot on my screen now. what happened in the update the would cause nothing to show up? I even started a new game thinking that would help...

Alright, I reverted the z-index change. Also, frame positioning is now saved in user settings (game-independent). It's not perfect: it doesn't account for the user trying to align it to the right side of the screen and then the number of trading stalls being tracked changing (including between separate games).
