I too noticed that the supplies reset everytime i restart the game, Otherwise a must have mod.

The mod seems to reset every time you load a save, the introduction pop up appears too.

Amazing mod! but a question? why does it reset all the supplies each time i load the game? say an enemy army's supply was 40 before then i reloaded the game and it was 100 again..

It's balanced in a way in which the AI doesn't destroy itself, but there is no AI script.

No, it should just consume more of the supplies in the settlement. Sourcing and consumption are calculated separately.

Isn't the Garrison Supply Factor of the besieged army interfering with the Under Siege Penalty?

The garrisoned armies' supplies only go down, when no reserves are left. For some reason settlements don't loose reserves, when under siege. Don't know why. Will look at it when I find the time. Thanks for reporting the bug!

Strange, in general the mod works in my campaign. Three cities are under siege for a few turns and the armies are still fully supllied. That's correct as long as there are enough reserves in the settlement.

However these cities also keep their maximum supplies. In other words, the cities feed the soldiers but don't lose reserves while they are under siege. Seems impossible to me because there is no production/transport when under siege.

A closer look (city under siege for 4 turns): base consumption and defense efforts have the correct negative values (each about -14) and 'change per turn' has the value '0' (no production). The defending army is fully supplied so overall the city reserves should go down but they don't. What am I missing?

Thanks, I checked the Greq mobility mod to see if I could find the reason for crashing and I removed all the supply scripts and related tables

And now the save game loads fine. Your mod is save game compatible unless there is a mod that messes with the supply system too. But that's common knowledge and who would have two of them anyway.

Yes, don't know why it happens. But I don't mind, gives me the opportunity to edit one of my own mods that didn't work out as intended.

Can you do anything about that 'high seas attrition' text for land armies? Minor issue of course, I really like this mod.

Brilliant! The added bar, the texts make it look like it was already implemented in the original game.

It's not save game compatible but I worked with the Greq mobility system so thay may have caused the crash. The 'attrition at high seas' for land armies is confusing at first. Would be better if it's only visible when they are using transports. Can live with it though.

It's that good that I start my campaign (180 turns) all over again! :steamthumbsup:

I think I can make it so, that it doesn't require the dlc. As I'm actively developing it, it would be better if you link to this mod in your mods, so that I can, at least at first, update as needed.

@mementomoria420 - nice that you found a solution for supply in allied territory. Why is the Last Roman here required? The wild award I gave to this and 1212 version. I sent you a friends request. I would like to separate the supply in my new (unpublished) modmap and to talk about a separate version maybe for the published 642 too. Hey, thanks for amswering. The problem I have is that my hordes don't seem to gain supplies trough encamping, only by winning battles and raiding. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not.

Is this working on hordes for anyone? I can only get supplies by winning battles, not encamping. Kind of wrecks the horde strats of having an army dedicated to moneymaking

Ok, so I've tried everything I thought might do it, but I just can't get it to work. I don't know what's causing the issue. Sadly I don't have the time to find a solution. I don't even know if there is one. I am sorry to disappoint you, but I won't be able to do this.

You could either find another mod that does this (I think Divide et Impera has such a system), or you could find someone who knows how to port this to Rome.
