I think you should call them stones instead of gems, it sounds more acurate that way. Also there is a G-Mod infinity gauntlet mod i reccomend taking a look at that for some ability idears for the complete gauntlet.

I said it a few times, I put it in the description but it seems the title is the best solution,
and I don't expect you to be shocked. Basically I don't wanna continue this mod cuz It's pretty terrible, I just didn't know how to continue cuz I'm not a good modder nor coder so I couldn't do anything besides making the same weapons with different stats and sprites. Maybe if I feel like it, I'll start another mod which, I hope myself, I won't give up on. But Infinity war is almost a year old now and this mod was basically the idea to have a gauntlet that looks like the Infinity Gauntlet but in Starbound and its the normal Gauntlet buffed so much that it basically insta-kills everything. Because why not.
