Bro, your mod is incredible, perfect! It took me a long time to find a T800 mod as well-made and free as yours.

But I just wanted to point out one point of improvement.
The lighting is bugged. Every time you turn on the headlights or cabin lights, the brightness drops dramatically. The side mirrors go dark, almost "off," and you can't see anything.

I've tried using mods, but it didn't work. I've increased the brightness, but it dims the interior light too much.

Other than that, your mod is perfect.

Samy Fay, It's real easy to find. Just search in the ATS Steam Workshop for "Real Good Headlights" You will find two of these mods, one is for the SCS trucks and one is for modded trucks. Select the one for the modded trucks. Then click on "Discussions" and you will see the info for the "Truck Fixes" mod. For all 3 GTM trucks, the Truck Fixes mod fixes the headlights, mirrors, the bad sound reverberation in the cab, the reflection issue on the interior glass, and adds support for the interior shadows feature. If you enable the Real Good Headlights mod above Truck Fixes, you will also have better headlights. The Truck Fixes mod gives you stock headlights like the SCS trucks. Let me know if you need any further help.

Yes, it works with 1.54. It doesn't have a specific game version that it is coded for. So, it will also work with 1.55 when it is released. Read further below on how to get the Truck Fixes mod that will take care of a few issues on the truck.

My "Truck Fixes" mod is updated to V1.1. This mod fixes the main issues with the GTM trucks, the headlights, mirrors, reflections on the interior glass, bad audio reverberation inside the cab, and adds support for the interior shadows option. To get the Truck Fixes mod, first search for "Real Good Headlights for Modded Trucks" here on Steam. Then click on Discussions and read the message about the Truck Fixes mod. It contains a direct download link for the mod from my own website. Place the mod above the GTM trucks in the mod manager. If you choose to also use my Real Good Headlights mod, place that above the Truck Fixes mod. Enjoy.

It works great with 1.54. But, not by itself. The headlights and mirrors were never updated and will keep you from enjoying the truck. But, if you get my mod "Real Good Headlights for Modded Trucks" here on Steam, it contains the fix for those two items. The mirrors will be moving soon to a separate mod, but for now, they are in the headlight mod.

I don't know if this is a big ask or not, but could we plz get more exhaust options? Its really the only thing I want add to the truck without trying to find another T-800 mod, cause this is my favorite.

Just letting everyone know that I have fixed the reflection issue in the windows. It will be included in the next update of my mod, "Real Good Headlights for Modded Trucks", here on Steam. The mod now fixes the headlights, the mirrors, and the windows. The update should be ready sometime this weekend.

Epstein, adjust 4 settings. Go to the main menu screen and System->Options->Audio. Uncheck Reverb Effect of the Cabin, uncheck Reverb Effect of the Environment, set both Truck Noise and Trailer Noise to 10 percent or lower. The truck will sound much better. It shouldn't hurt how all other trucks sound, either. It will probably improve them.

Epstein, read down a few messages and you will find that the headlights and mirrors are fixed with a new mod here on Steam.

Nice design with lots of details, and I recommend it to T800 enjoyers. The headlights are too bright, and it sounds like driving in a soup can.

The GTM trucks can be used now. I just added all 3 to my headlight mod. I also included a bonus fix for the main mirrors. These trucks are rising from the dead. Search for "Real Good Headlights". You will find two mods, one for the SCS trucks and one for Modded trucks.

Love the truck Thank you!!...besides the mirrors being almost unusable and the bright headlights making it so you can't see the road right in front of the Semi at night.... if you like driving in third -person like me....other than that GREAT WORK DESIGNER!!

Guess its time to uninstall these truck mods.

I see your point with all the whinging about mirrors and everything. I really like the local Australian content and I have a heap of my hired drivers with T610s and I don't know how to deal with removing the trucks without a crash to desktop.

Guys, the GTM team retired these mods almost half a decade ago when almost all of them stopped modding, it's time to let it go.

It's one of my favourite trucks in the game.
