Taking it down to only maybe 9 grow plots would be best. That way the players can add more as they go and their needs grow.
I agree with the silicon count. Unless you hit a good ore node, it would be hard to get a lot of silicon. On the other hand, most constructors can convert rock to silicon.

I'm actually kinda terrified at how energy efficient this little thing is. I'm thinking I might rework this, take out a lot of the glass and some/all of the grow plots, see how low I can get the resource requirements. Right now it takes a whole lot of silicon, and that can be hard to get at the level you can actually build this.

This is the best greenhouse blueprint I have found. I ended up adding two more 9x9 plots with grow lights in the center, and it still kept up with the power. Having 54 grow plots in this small of package makes farming those vegies really easy and no fuel maintenance. I saved the print, removing the plots initially so that it can be built quicker and the plots then added in as resources accumulate.

Glad you got it working for you! I'm thinking about trying to get it down to/build a version as low a level as I can (I mean, it's already level 3, but if I could get it as low as 1, that would be awesome).

Yep, I didn't know, I thought I had to dig a hole - my bad - awesome blueprint to be able to grow food and get lots of XP for harvest at a very low level - awesome work! Thanks!!

You don't need to dig a hole. You can raise and lower the bp with the page up and page down keys.

I can't for the live of me place this, no matter how big of a hole I dig, I can never get the bottom to go in the hole, no luck with the drone or even godmode - am I missing something?

Would probably have to dramatically reduce the amount of windows and drop it down to just 2 solar panels, then it could be a decent starter. I like it though, it works great for my mid-game farm. When you look at Neeka's original, you can see just how much the game has changed since it was first made.

great little greenhouse. change out the plots to wood, and remove all but a couple and it would make a good starter
