Whoops! Of course this is not desired; unfortunately most textures are portalable and I didn't pay attention here :steamfacepalm:. Thanks for the notification.

Thanks for testing and the video Fatso; very appreciated.

I made a video on how I solved it, and this time the vote screen did come up. Here is my Youtube link to my video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DATbpRrbnw&feature=youtu.be

I only read comments in your description about the orange hazard! I solved without any other help, I don't noclip or did any crazy portal bumping nor need to see any screen shots or video. But I will make video and show you what I meant with no vote screen. I went through the exit door and it never took me to vote screen

@Fatso ... and I can't display your screenshot: score equality :steammocking:
I just checked, I have the voting screen at the end!
Congratulations if you passed this difficult test :cozybethesda: without cheating :steammocking:

That was great, took me awhile to figure out how things worked beings i'm use to traditional portal 2 items. I even had to read the description on the orange hazard, since this was my first time dealing with them. not sure if you are aware but seems map never went to vote screen after I finished. I waited about 1 min. so I will thumbs up here in your workshop. Here is my screen shot https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1699169302

i hope you consider doing another one , maybe i would do better on it. haha
Čolibri  [ophavsmand] 30. nov. 2018 kl. 11:35
Thanks jandlml. Once placed the central device, I spent a lot of time testing the settings of various buttons and fields (even two lasers) to get a satisfying puzzle. I also had fun doing the design.

very interesting map! i really should read the description of these maps. i didnt know what most of the wall fields did until i finally broke down looked at the walkthru. so many different ways they are used. after finally undrstanding the uses of all the different fields i was a ble to progress to the point of getting the sphere. gut i was really confused about how to get the cube on the button and being able to get the sphere back. so i had to look at the walkthru again. so basically i needed alot of help on this map. but it is really a cool concept.. i just wish i could have started with an easier one before i tried this one . just to learn all the different things it has:steamhappy:

Cela m'a pris un certain temps pour résoudre ce puzzle, mais cela en valait la peine. Le design est très original aussi. :SpRad_ThumbsUp:

Map updated after LB test, and video solution added.

Thanks Ben24x7 for testing. Of course portal bumping is not part of the solution; to get out of the cabin, there is a timer button on the wall.
To prevent portal bumping I have used func_noportal_volume in three places and I do not understand why it does not work well for one.
Map updated; I had to give an angle to the inside wall!

Interesting map/concept. Although I'm not sure if I solved it correctly:
I got into the 2nd half of the chamber and put the cube onto the cube button, but I didn't have any portals on the 1st half so I was stuck. I got out by shooting both portals on the only patch of white near the button, effectively "portal bumping" one of the portals through the glass and into the 1st half of the chamber.
I'm not sure I was supposed to do that, but it helped me to complete the chamber.

Honestly, I'd like to see more chambers with a "revolving door" concept, but preferrably without introducing two new test elements (the grey and orange fizzler fields) at the same time.

Good puzzle and looks fab. Not sure quite how I got to the end and playing a second time would probably take me as long, but I still enjoyed it!

Map updated.
Yes jgaultney, kwinten pointed out this possibility to me, but I was too eager to publish, while I know how to avoid it. Nevertheless you have found the essence of the solution; Bravo.

A great looking and challenging chamber! I suspect that this part of my solution may
be unintended. https://youtu.be/2bXtUWRv6Ws
