also, they used photos like that as a reference for infected in left 4 dead, not this model though.

@killermonkey75 eh, sort of correct, they did use the original image, but in the original, the guy still had a remaining eye, they just removed that.

Finally an add-on that changes the corpse texture, I was always weirded out by how strange the corpses were in half-life 2. I mean it uses an older version of the citizen model and they all look like they've been decomposing for the same amount of time which I doubt was possible. Anyways thanks for uploading an add-on that fixes this oddity.

Well. The only problem of such a reskins that those people are quite lazy to stain the suits. Because decomposing dead body looks very unmatching with decently clean suit

и пройди по этому пути garrysmod/addons и consistent_citizen_corpse.gma его удаляй
