Hmm, that was something i considered, but i wasn't sure if any servers block modded sounds. If you press the key to bring up your console, do you see any error messages for sounds failing to play?

played a singleplayer game and it seems to work so it was probably the server not allowing the mod

You should hear it in all modes, as long as you're playing as security forces, Since I have replaced a large number of the commonly used lines. Maybe try snd_restart.

This is actually created from real voice clips of donald trump, but of course they have different levels of quality, volume, pitch and speed, so they don't fit together very well. If I was good at audacity, I might be able to make it sound smoother.
