Hmm, that was something i considered, but i wasn't sure if any servers block modded sounds. If you press the key to bring up your console, do you see any error messages for sounds failing to play?

played a singleplayer game and it seems to work so it was probably the server not allowing the mod

I tried snd_restart, could it be because I was on a modded server? I'll try on another server later

You should hear it in all modes, as long as you're playing as security forces, Since I have replaced a large number of the commonly used lines. Maybe try snd_restart.

I'm not hearing any of the voice lines is it for a specific game mode?

Updated again with many new voice files.

I just updated this mod for the first time in ages. Added some more lines for enemy spotted west, and enemy spotted south.
