\def\vehicle\truck_dealer\
There will be sii files in this folder for the truck. DELETE THEM.
then go into the \kenworth\ folder.
There will be sii files for the truck[s] open them and add the following to the very top.
SiiNunit
{
Scroll to the bottom of the file and add an extra.
}
You can use paint brushes the same way, so you can make lines on your truck this way.
Every template I have has been turned into a black truck part and save as that.
You can use the fill tool to change the parts to what ever color you want the truck skin to start as.
Again do not forget to save the file with a different name so you do not over write the original.
You should be able to find the keys that do this with what ever photo or immaging software you use they all have the same options they are just configured differently.
That should help you out a lot the rest is just practice and fining the proper keys and remembering where they are.
Thats just repeating things over and over until you know where they are by heart.
Sorry for the great length it was as short as I could make it LOL
Anyway I zoom in on the picture enough to be fairly accurate,
Then use the erase on a fairly small size with a hard edge after making it a transparrent..
As I start with my mouse button to erase I hit and hold the shift button.
This makes a line which follows from where I started.
I move to the next coordinate it erases a line when I hit the left mouse button.
To go around round items you make short steps each time.
After you have cut around the picture you move up a size and repeat the process untill you are left with just the picture you want then, save as a PNG file so it keeps it as a transparrent.
I'm not much for programing but give me pictures and I know how to use most programs for cut and paste, transparents and so on.
So cutting a image out of a back ground and putting it into another picture looking like it belongs there I can show you the easy way but it does take time and patience for the best results.
I also use open source or get the artists permission to use and manipulate pictures for my skins it is not stealing if you use open source and if you create a new image it is your work this is how graphic design is done unless a customer needs or wants an original design which is not usually done as this has a huge cost value for the customer.
So dont sell your work short you are doing very well at it.
