@no loafing yeah same here, net_graph 1 showed a consistent 3500 incoming packets, comparing to dustbowl that ever had at most 300 incoming packets, no clue how Whomobile even did that

we played this map in a custom server, and every single player's ping skyrocketed until we changed the map. some sort of technical issue going on there?

uuuh it should be able to be copied over? TF2 is a 32 bit game so nothing should be effected.

copy the map

from: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\440\1350988672
To: Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\maps

then open up console and type: map pl_casserole_rc2

you can also type: map workshop/1350988672

but custom sounds don't work using this method

sv_cheats 1
nav_generate
(wait for it to generate the nav mesh and restart the map)

then type:
tf_bot_add *number of bots you want*

and enjoy!
