You need to have scripts enabled in your world, then just make sure the rotors are unlocked ( they should be by default ) and get in the cockpit.

how do i use the turret?

I have no clue to be honest, for me the turret works perfectly fine right after spawning it in... did you enable scripts in your world?

Noob question: Do I have to do anything special to rotate the turret, or is something broken on my end?

I do have a recovery vehicle and I plan to release updated versions of all my tank on the new Vanguard III chasis. And without the armor extension mod it looks like a 2A4 with a flatter front and the mentlet of the 2A7+ xD (Installs Armor extention just to have the more modern look)

I love the look of it the turret reminds me of a leopard 2A7+ :D
