working just fine on existing character (literally still have not beam down to planet yet Start over cuz mod newly add mod broke my save). But I have to nuke other matter mani mod but it a fair trade. Actual 40 block or something mining size

Just made a new save with the latest Frackin' Universe version and it still works.

maybe is it a bug. but the (last) upgrade is not at the last point. Somehow the 15 titles switcht the place with 6 title collection
