Personally, I feel like the upkeep should be lowered, 1520/week seems too much for a scrapyard but I ain't no expert.

Might be best to add the props in a collection with the scrapyard, I personally didnt download because of the ballache of downloading them all

You don't even get to keep the fence. I believe 2 containers & 1 car would be whats left. It's reliant on the props in the list.. that's why there's so many of them.

If I do not download all the models on the side, what remains? only the land with the fence
