i already told you that this is not a mod.
downloading this changed nothing in the game. at all.
all you get is a map file that you can take the contents out of and use in your own map.

that's a map file that isn't compiled yet.
you open it in hammer, take out the contents and paste it into a map that you're working on.

where do i put the file... if you dont mind? i see a vmf file and i dont see any others like it....

If you make your own map, yea.
If you want the lights on an ambulance just put it onto an ambulance

it shows very well for the police car automatically....

Because it is not a mod...
It is supposed to be put into a map while you ate building the map

Nope.
You would need to recompile the maps. That takes too much time and then you can't play with others anymore.

but perhaps you could modify the police car models instead to get a simmilar result.

You could put it on the ambulance if you wantd to. You decide what car it is used on.
