No, sorry, someone has asked that before, and I don't know of any way in-game to make the pose work out. Maybe there is a way, but that's a question to ask a much more experienced modder.

It is definitely multiplayer compatible if everyone has it. It might work on multiplayer even if nobody else has it, but I can't promise that.
