I just insta-crash every time I try to enter Breezehome

11/10 best home mod ive ever used had a weird bug were steward didn't wanna sell me improvements but just fixed itself after a while also if your using "Towns and Villages enhanced" there's a bit of overlap in the garden

I like , need my hottub back.

Is this mod worth instaling?

Hello. I am absolutely amazed by this mod! However I came across with I guess a common problem that my bed stays in its old place. I am using Mod Manager 2. I put the Breezehome FullyUpgradable last in my load order as suggested. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again. Non of them fix the bug. Can someone help? Here is the image:

Never mind I figered it out.

I followed the instuctions and I don't have anything that it is not compatible with but when I tried to enter the house and it crashed my game.

Outstanding work on this.
All the little touches really make it feel like an actual home.

Works astondingly well made , love the notes from Garath. The functionality of everything is great like to see some female mannaquins. I do remember one flaw that hardly bothers but a few of the cases don't work properly but they make fun places for excess gems

Garath disappeared for me after getting drunk with sam guevene, how could I get him back? is there a way to respawwn his npc?

This is the best mod for skyrim. Garath is EXTREMELY well made character love his voice and he made me laugh a fair amount of times, The options are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ huge, i started with 20K of gold and there is plenty more to upgrade, Breezehome is now 10X larger, 10X more lore friendly, And makes a well made home. This allows it to be YOUR home YOU decorat eit with armour swords your books ingrediants ect. From the drougr Depths (of which garath humerously said he wouldent go down there) to your very own Markarth tub, Garath is friendly nice and funny, and i feel like a lord, THIS IS EPIC

So I'm not sure if it is this mod doing it, but the basement is blocked by the ground clipping into the house? Could it be any mods that make Whiterun prettier?

Do I need to buy things for it first?

When I go into breezehome I crash.

Sku11M0nkey, you have created a truly amazing mod. It's balanced, lore-friendly (and internet friendly, for that matter... *cough* *cough* Nazeem's safe *cough* *cough*...), and creative.
However, there ARE a few minor issues, most if not all of which are just grammatical errors in the notes. First and foremost, the fireplace note is named "A forge fit for the Dragonborn", which is supposed to be the name of the forge note. Fortunately, the actual note is correct. Secondly, when you ask for the forge and bathtub, Garath isn't capitalized. Finally, Garath is horrible at punctuation. Now, I know that he's supposed to talk like that, but the punctuation specifically is bad.
Anyways, thanks for making this amazing mod.

Not sure what is happening, but after upgrading the house fully with the fellow at the Inn, when I enter the house, I am facing the door, and there is open air and distant hills behind me cloudy and indistinct... I move towards the open air and start falling before falling INTO the house proper... everything looks good but for the smelter sitting in the middle of my living room... plus the one downstairs. LOL...
I deleted the old and readded and am starting my game new. I will get one upgrade at a time and see how that works for me. I do love this mod and wish to use it, but am not infinitely patient with glitches. :)

can you make a Dragonborn and Hearthfires one?

Causes my game to crash everytime I try to enter Breezehome. It worked fine a while then one day it started making the game crash so I removed it and relaunched the game. I could enter the house but everywhere the mod had changed something was now negative space. Part of my house has no roof :(

i have reach the point where i can buy the breezhome and i cant buy it

I love this mod, but now i have a problem.. My new wife don't want to move in Breezehome, she say "yes i'll prepare my stuffs etc.." But she stay stil, it's like people doesn't recognize the house... Any help please?

This is by far my favorite Breezehome mod I've found. Its very well put together, and the dialogue for the added NPC is absolutely brilliant.

will this mod have a large affect on my preformance?

loved this mod. recently, i fully upgraded the home and the basement disappeared and the old breezehome reappeared simultaneously to the modifications/ so now there are two beds in the bedroom, etc/

i think the bug may have something to do with the balcony
any help on how to fix?

Ok did the homework. I will answer my own question and say no, there is no upgrade for the collapsed tunnel. So if you are still looking for an idea for the collapsted tunnel, here's what I would love to see: A small arena that has some sort of system for spawning NPC's which you can kill tha thave unlimited health and will not attack. This way you can use them as a sort of "test dummy". Alternatively, you can spawn NPC's that DO attack so you can increase your armor. Could also include the constant health degenerator that never kills you but keeps sucking your health down to 1, so the player can train up their restoration abilities :) I think that would be amazing!

Is there some way to clear the collapsed tunnel next to the library? Or is this an easter egg like the shrines?

haha! i love this i almost want to unsubscribe cust so i can talk to garath somore its mutch funneyer then the stewert. plus i have a neet home to. i love it when moders make fully voiced npc it always makes for some interesting chatter.

Are you going to do anything about the collapsed tunnel. Like maybe add a mineshaft as a source of all the different ores

Pet room, with rugs, and food bowls

A room for the guy that super upgrades your house, hed just chill there

A cleaner

A chief

A singer

a swimming / relaxing room

a training room

could you also move the chair too ^^;

my housecarl got stuck behind a maniquen on the top floor to the left, the one next to the desk, would you mine removing it? just for a day or two?

Also excellent mod, very whitty, i have never come across such a well thought and well done mod.

Its great, especially for those restarting out. Lots of details, anyone could see thaat a lot of hard work went into this mod. Quite lore friendly too... I commend you!
P.S. - More dragon statues pls...And a book filled with dragon pics (For no reason but dragons)

I can't even go into the house after this mod is enabled and the house is upgraded... it crashes as I enter Breezehome. :(
