Right when I was looking into it I saw the massive xp changes to combat for 1.6.1. So im gonna wait a bit more until it goes from beta to live ^^

Yeah probably after man the guns comes out, with the changes to naval commanders and doctrine research boosts there might be some changes to exp aswell

@Preacher no but it decreases the amount you need so it doesnt change your playstyle, just how fast you get rewarded for fighting :)

Cap for traits is hidden in Hearts of Iron IV\common\unit_leader in 00_traits.txt file just change cost value for trait.

Changed trait exp amount aswell because I noticed in my last playthrough that progressed like 5-10% in 7 years of total war xD might change it to 1/5 tho if 1/10 is too low^^

Can do this with console, traits pls
