More General Experience (Newer Version Available)

This mod changes the need experience for your generals and marshalls to level levelup.

Since this got messed up in waking the tiger I decided to make this mod until they finish, polish or fix the current system.

It just seems crazy to me that your general can undergo several years of war with millions of casualties while going from rank 4 to 4. Which makes generals like patton completely broken because they start with like 7 attack points which is crazy nuts since you have no way of catching up with them.

New levels are the following:
1 - 50
2 - 100
3 - 200
4 - 300
5 - 500
6 - 650
7 - 800
8 - 1000
9 - 1200

General traits are 1/5 since they seem to lack progression aswell...
