Other people have reported this issue too. Unfortunately, this is an issue that'd require me to edit the level itself, and the computer I made this on is different from the one I currently use.
I am looking into solutions though, and I hope to be able to fix this soon!

I tried playing the level today and i beat it like 5 times, each time there was no time piece. Is there a way to fix this?

There was no Time Piece when I played.

I don't think so. It was just supposed to be a short level using the tightrope mechanics. If you made it to the Time Piece, then you've probably seen all the level has to offer.
I'll keep length in mind next time I make a level. Thank you!

I clipped through one of the ropes near where it was attached to the block but luckily could save myself. I wasn't hit by one of the Mafia's cans so it's just a clipping issue. Good level though

I know there's been some issues with loading mod levels as of late. Seems like it might have been one of those random one-off crashes.

i don´t know, i just restart the game and this time it didn´t crashed. and i have everything on maximum both times

What happened leading up to the crash? Did you have any other mods equipped? What are your graphics settings?

Hm I don't think I've seen a time rift designed around ropes like this one before. The idea here is nice but you should make this level last longer.
