Other people have reported this issue too. Unfortunately, this is an issue that'd require me to edit the level itself, and the computer I made this on is different from the one I currently use.
I am looking into solutions though, and I hope to be able to fix this soon!

I tried playing the level today and i beat it like 5 times, each time there was no time piece. Is there a way to fix this?

There was no Time Piece when I played.

I don't think so. It was just supposed to be a short level using the tightrope mechanics. If you made it to the Time Piece, then you've probably seen all the level has to offer.
I'll keep length in mind next time I make a level. Thank you!

It was very short, and it led up to no clear finish. Am I missing something?

Hey, thanks for reporting the issue! If I can ever recompile this level again, I'll be sure to try and fix that bug.
