looks like it works for repentance, nothing that is obviously out the ordinary, but I will point out that globin goo razor blade can allow for infinite damage for a single room

@Companion Cube no, the item removes the polaroid before you take damage that would kill you, and adds it back when you're no longer goo.

@sugarblood When the lost dies, he turns into goo :) If he gets hit while he's goo, he dies, otherwise he will reform.

Upon death the item doesn't work. Instead it seems to work for a fraction of a second before instantly killing isaac without him touching anything.
