描述
Turns Isaac into a glob of goo upon death!

This passive item allows Isaac to transform into a glob of goo upon taking lethal damage. If he takes no damage for a short time, he will reform with a half heart of health; synergizes with most upon-damage items.

This item is found in the treasure room and secret room pools.

Original code and art by GoldFeniks and the Genesis+ team respectively, I just made some QoL edits and many bug fixes.

looks like it works for repentance, nothing that is obviously out the ordinary, but I will point out that globin goo razor blade can allow for infinite damage for a single room
