I had both the low health alarm mod and this one (along with many other mods). This one was silent. I don't know if that's how it normally is.

Is it compatible with the low health beep mod (the one it's based of)? Can I use both, or do I have to use only one at a time?

(@i am a piece of bread) this mod is not clientside. this mod caused me to get kicked from my friend's game.. alot.. and it took me forever to find out why.

This is a very good idea. At first I thought the mod isn't working, because the heartbeat sound so incredibly quiet. Too bad, because it makes the mod totally useless. Please fix it.

wish the sound was louder, it's hard to hear.

you need to replace the sample with something higher quality or clean up the tail end of the sound a bit
no offense its just i hear it clipping and it probably doesnt sound that good / look that good to other people since you can hear the audible clip

Been using my own mod and its not working, I'll look into it, for now it does not work with my current mod set (If this mod does not work for you, just sit tight, i'll have a patch soon.)

Huge fan of dynamic sound for MC aswell, Matmos was another good option that eventually took over.~KIttyOP

what do you think about an optional red, blury border to the beat of the heart sound, getting more present with lower health?

And optional blury vision, because faiding.

And... if the races would be real aliens, i wounder if theyr heart beats would be different from a human heart beat. How imersive would that be?

Yeah. That feature is used in alot of FPS games. Even some mods for old games like TUTNT for DooM2 has the red effect.

I think it would make this mod even cooler if a red Vignette starts to grow around your screen once you reach a certain mark of lost health. This would add even more to the "in danger" feeling.

I just died 3 frustrating times without even realizing i was near death... I think thats exactly what i need :P

That requires layering and is on the table for the next patch wave. As soon as i get my files in order I will be updating both this mod and my shadow race.
