There should be no compatibility issues. When I update to 2.0 which is probably soon, but I'm having busy time right now to seriously study what changed with personalities.

Yeah I realized -100% fire rate would mean they wouldn’t attack at all, msybe it could be 90/90 instead. Machine Media would be basically unbiased news reporting, that is what I was going for with the bonuses.

First one is an interesting idea, but would likely require a faction rewrite, I don't want to do it.

Second one seems weird, and it's probably not a good trade-off. But the idea of such a swap in philosophy is interesting.

I really think Steadfast should be a species trait, rather than a civic. What about “Fortifier” instead? Also, do you take requests for civics, as I really like this mod.

Not sure. I don't have this mod.

Should probably work fine. If some vanilla ethics are disabled, some of the mod civics would become unavailable.
