Violent Beetle's Extra Civics and Personalities

This a small mod that is meant to fill in a few gaps that I feel vanilla civics and AI personalities left. It should be fully compatible with every other mod (Beside, perhaps, creating weird combos with other mod civics)

- Boundless Optimism: Permanent Fanatic Pacifist civic that trades naval cap for science and unity output
- Vertical Mobility: Cheaper leaders with faster experience gain
- Frontier Spirit: Faster colonization and increased core world limit
- Xenophobic Posturing: More rivals, more influence from rivals and increased fire rate in home territory
- Wanderlust: Faster ships and increased combat evasion
- Star Seekers: Permanent civic, increasing survey speed and anomaly discovery chance, with extra bonuses for surveying lots of planets in rapid succession (Proper balance will hopefully be acheived with community feedback)
- Steadfast: Increased ship health and planetary fortifications

- Keepers of Peace (Xenophile or Egalitarian Militarists who are supposed to get very angry at threat generation, but friendly otherwise)
- Naive Appeasers (Pacifists who avoid conflict to suicidal extreme)
- Ambitious Unifiers (Authoritarian Xenophiles who want to add every species in their multispecies utopia)
- Rational Crusaders (Militarist Materialists who really really really hate spiritualists)
- Sneering Technocrats (Authoritarian or Xenophobic Materialists. Secretly, this whole mod's primary purpose is to stop Voor Technocracy from being erudite explorers)

- Collyr Seekers (Boundless Optimism / Star Seekers)
- Dnug'Wignarr National State (Xenophobic Posturing / Steadfast)
