well, think it could've been a cool thing tbh, like, imagine using a shield that protects you and a tonfa, would be pretty neat

every gun has a a line that reads "CanEquipWithShield". But there's also a whole lot of css code leftover in the same script, like weapon price.

But afaik, they removed it because playtesters always assumed it would be an actual shield that allows them to take less damage.

i wonder why they removed the riot shield from the game, i mean if it was gonna act like a normal melee anyway
unless it was going to have some kinda of script, like, being a shield it allows you to protect yourself from certain stuff, either blocking or reducing dmg

but meh, we'll never know

idk mabye hes just a troll, the only thing i would love is a script that can block damage in the direction its being held at the cost of not being able to attack, but i myself would have no clue how to do it haha

Anyone else think it's kinda stupid that one of the attack animations is literally just you punching with your fist? I mean, all other punching animations do little damage but that somehow kills instantly.
