This is the most realistic, even though it isn't realistic at all. Allow me to explain. I'm pissed off because there's tons of SODA CAN (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid) reskins for pills and only a few ACTUAL pharms. And of these pharms, it's stupid ♥♥♥♥ like ADHD meds and viagra, and this is the only real painkiller reskin, even though it's completely unrealistic. Ibuprofen is such an ineffective painkiller for intense pain and it takes so long to work I have been looking for something like Vicodin or Morphine pill bottles but NOOOO
