Because of some change in LUA, the playermodels don't show up ingame anymore. If you are willing to fix it, please do so, if not, I'll be happy to upload a fixed version. Just contact me if you want me to do it.

There is another addon like this called customizable halo marines and has odst playermodels

Thanks Mate! I always wanted this However the Model seems to be broke. the Walk anamations dont work properly and it only strikes a "T" pose ingame. Mind fixing it brother?

Police, do you by any chance have the Halo Reach Spartan playermodel pack installed? Talking about this one: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=112754918&requirelogin=true

I found out that if you do not have this addon, the ODST Playermodels will not use any animations, but if you activate it, the ODST's will be fully animated. I hope I could help anyone.

I'll try un-subbing and re-subbing, if that doesn't fix it then I'll just have to be jealous of the npc's! They have proper animations for whatever reason.

Huh, maybe it's just third-person? I'm not sure, still figuring this Garry's Mod thing out. All I know is, in TP he does the T-stance, and never moves. :c
